Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery for all orders, big or small. Please call the shop directly for pricing details and to place your order. All deliveries require a 24-hour notice.

Do you ship?

Sorry to say, but no, we do not ship.

Do you have gluten free or vegan donuts?

No, I am sorry, but we do not offer gluten free or vegan options..

Do you have a menu?

We do have daily staples that you can find on our website by clicking the daily tab under the donuts page. All other donuts vary from day to day.

How do I place a pre-order?

Please call our shop directly at 216-351-3638. Our friendly staff will take your order!

How do I place a custom order?

Please email Customorders@jackfrostdonutsusa.com.  All custom orders require a 72-hour notice.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes! Please call the shop directly to place your pre-order & process your payment. We will ask for your pick up time & make/model/color of your vehicle. Same day curbside pickup is also available but does require a 2-hour notice for a selection of what is available on our shelves at that time.

Do you have gift cards & branded merchandise?

Yes & Yes! Please visit our shop to purchase!
